Police on bikes are the latest addition to the Hudson Police Department’s 21st-century police force. The Bicycle Response Team was formed to patrol the heavily traveled rail trail and the downtown business district and parks. They also help at community events and other large-scale pedestrian traffic situations.
The Bicycle Response Team (BRT) has added eyes and ears on the ground to help patrol the town. The BRT, with its specialized training, provides added security to many events that happen throughout the year.
