On January 30, 2024, at approximately 3:00am, Ofc. Nick Girard, Ofc. Cam O’Toole, and Ofc. Heather Manning working a midwatch patrol shift, conducted a motor vehicle stop for various motor vehicle violations. During that stop a large amount of Fentanyl was discovered.

Both men were arrested and taken into custody at the scene. The vehicle was impounded and towed to police headquarters. Officers then obtained a search warrant for the vehicle and executed that warrant this morning. Sgt. Sam Leandres and K9 Jocko assisted.

Feliciano and Velazquez were both arraigned at Marlborough District Court.

“Yet another example of the outstanding work your HPD officers do on a daily basis to keep this community safe,” said Chief DiPersio.
