Tom Crippen began his career with the Hudson Police Department in 1998. He has a bachelor’s degree in History from Worcester State University and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Western New England University. In 2004 he was promoted to Sergeant. He served as the Patrol Supervisor until 2009 when he was assigned Court Prosecutor.
In 2012 he was promoted to Lieutenant. As Lieutenant he served many roles from Court Prosecutor, Patrol Lieutenant, Shift Commander to his current role Support Services Division Commander. In his current position he is charge of all aspects of the accreditation process serving as the Accreditation Manager. He handles training, recruitment and Supervises our Communication center.
