Hudson Police Arrest and Charge Lowell Man with Trafficking Cocaine

HUDSON — Chief Richard DiPersio reports that the Hudson Police Department arrested and charged a Lowell man with trafficking cocaine.

JULIAN GRULLON, AGE 31, of LOWELL was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Trafficking in Cocaine
  • Possession of a Class B substance (Subsequent Offense)
  • Receiving Stolen property (Subsequent Offense)
  • Operating with a Suspended Driver’s
  • License (Subsequent Offense)
  • Negligent Operation of Motor Vehicle

On Monday, March 4, at approximately 3:30 a.m., Hudson Police responded to the area of Cottage Street and Central Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers located two suspects sleeping in a running motor vehicle, located in the middle of the roadway. The driver of the vehicle, identified as GRULLON, appeared to be slumped over in the seat.

Through a subsequent investigation, officers found a large amount of cash, drug paraphernalia, stolen property, and a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine.

GRULLON was arrested without incident and is scheduled to be arraigned in Marlborough District Court on Monday.

“I am proud of our officers for keeping illegal drugs off the streets of Hudson,” said Chief DiPersio. “Protecting our community is of utmost importance and the dedication of our officers does not go unnoticed.”

These are allegations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
